Kayashima Shuzo
Kayashima Brewery is a very quirky traditional brewery that has been active since 1873. The brewery that produces the Nishinoseki brand in the remote prefecture of Oita on the island of Kyushu stands for sake with a typical rice flavor that are completely balanced in terms of flavors: sweetness, sourness, spicyness, bitterness and umami.
They are very selective in choosing their partners and we are genuinely proud to be their exclusive partner in Europe.
