We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are made on working days before 10 am, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in fulfilling this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs within Belgium are:

• €6,90 for home orders.
• Free for orders that are picked up.
• Free shipping from €69.

Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of BPOST. In general, the delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
