Mikotsuru Shuzojo
This brewery from Nagano Prefecture was dying and has been taken over by a committed brewer from Fukushima. He has completely transformed the brewery into a high-tech, award-winning topbrowuerij with a number of cult products that are a must have for sake lovers.
In their range they offer a nice range of fine sake that are up to 70% polished and each made with a different type of rice. This is very nice to put them next to each other. In addition, they also offer a very accessible Junmai.
