Iinuma Honke
Iinuma Honke produces the Kinoene brand in rural Chiba not far from Tokyo. Iinuma Honke has been around for more than 300 years and is in its 16th generation.
They pride themselves on using sake from local farmers, which provides a rich body and a soft taste. They have some very cool and fine products, as well as fruit cake that looks and tastes beautiful.
