For this authentic product, time was really taken to let the pure taste come into its own. Industrial soy sauce, is very often manufactured in no time and rolls off the production line. The fermentation process took no more than two hours.

This dark soy sauce, also called “koikuchi shoyu” in Japanese, is brewed naturally and has been artisanally fermented for 2 years by a family business that is already in its7th generation. For the small bottles of 150ml we have chosen a shape reminiscent of the traditional “Conprador” bottle, a white porcelain sake bottle from the 18th Century Edo period.

This product also has a JAS certificate of soy sauce of the highest quality.
