Some Tips
Because of its soft, round taste without any bitterness, this infusion can also be combined with sweet or spicy dishes and perfectly let the taste come into their own. Rooibos can be ideal with paprika soup, a stew with chicken and chutney or with sweet desserts such as creme brulé and bavarois.
