This traditional bamboo beater is authentic, made by hand and is an essential tool if you want to prepare a nice foaming matcha. Be sure to watch the video on our blog to get the best result.

To have the correct dosage, we also recommend the bamboo matcha spoon.

Matcha is very expensive, so be economical with it and do not use too much. Moreover, it may also taste bitter!

 

BEFORE FIRST USE:

  • Soak the bamboo teeth in warm water to soften the hairs and thus prevent them from breaking easily.
  • Gently whisk back and forth for about a minute.
  • It’s now ready to use!

AFTER EACH USE:

  • Use cold water to rinse the hairs.
  • Pat dry with a paper towel or shake off the excess moisture.
  • Place the beater face up and let it air dry.
