This “honey tea” is a dark oolong tea comes from the Phoenix Mountains in Guandong province in China, which is an area with a humid tropical climate and volcanic soil. This creates the unique taste of this sublime Dan Cong Oolong. This oolong tea is up to 80% oxidized, making this tea close to black tea. Milan Xiang will charm you with its honey-like taste, which is also the meaning of the name “Milan Xiang”. “Dan Cong” refers to the shape of the tea bush, which has only 1 trunk and only branches higher, unlike other tea bushes. This unique Oolong has a pleasant aroma of sweet ripe fruits such as peach or baked sweet potato, accentuated with a hint of honey and a deep, woody yet floral undertone. The infusion also turns dreamy pink. No other type of tea can be compared to it.

This Oolong can also be poured several times with warm water of 95°C.
