Don’t know what to choose from our beautiful range of sake? Let us make you a nice proposal! We put two delicious seasonal sake next to each other for you. Seasonal sake is brewed in the warmer summer, different from the usual harsh winter. This will provide a more aromatic taste. The sake are also limited edition, so gone = gone!

Shichiken Hiyaoroshi from the Yamanashi Meijo brewery and Akiagari from the Nishinoseki brewery:

Nishinoseki’s autumn sake, Akiagari in Japanese, is made with Hattannishiki rice and has 60% residual rice polishing percentage (Tokubetsu Junmai). This sake tastes slightly spicy with a modest sweetness that is also very easy to drink, due to its finesse. Shichiken’s Hiyaorishi is a slow-aged Junmai sake with a rice polishing percentage of 70% remaining. The sake tastes fruity and fresh and leaves a pleasant mouthfeel. It is interesting to put two seasonal sakes from a completely different province next to each other. At Nishinoseki, you will be surrounded by the rice fields of Oita Prefecture. In Yamanashi Prefecture, you will discover the mountain river Hakushu in the sake of Shichiken.

These sake can both be enjoyed perfectly at room temperature and heated to 40 degrees.

15% alcohol content.
