  • 3gr/250ml
  • 100°C
  • Infuse for 8-10 min

This pure ginger of Nigerian origin has a strong spicy taste and can be drunk both hot and cold.

Ginger tea can serve perfectly to drink before, during or after meals, due to its digestive properties. Dried ginger will also taste slightly stronger than fresh ginger. There are certainly lovers for that, but if you prefer to avoid this, you can perfectly combine this ginger infusion with our lemongrass infusion. It is therefore recommended not to exceed the migration time, otherwise you can get a very spicy result 🙂
