This "honey tea" is a dark oolong tea from the Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong province, China. Up to 80% oxidised. Milan Xiang delights with its honey-like flavour and a pleasant aroma of sweet ripe fruits such as peach or baked sweet potato, with a hint of honey and a deep woody yet floral undertone. The infusion turns dreamy pink.
