Yuan Sheng Pu-erh Cake (2005)

This Yuan Sheng Pu-erh tea comes from the Yunnan province in China. This traditionally pressed, fermented tea cake dates back to 2005 and has aged for 16 years. Improves with age — just like wine.

• Leave to steep for 2-4 min

Break off a piece of 2cm² from the cake and pour boiling water over it several times. Discover how the flavour evolves with each infusion.
