Imperial Pu-erh Tea (2011)

This (Shu) Pu-erh tea comes from the Yunnan province in China. This loose, fermented tea dates back to 2011 and has matured for 9 years. Unlike other types of tea that become stale over time, pu-erh improves with age — just like wine. Pu-erh produces a brown-red liqueur with a rich, earthy flavour.
