This green Oolong tea comes from the province of Fujian in China — a mountainous area with the perfect, humid atmosphere for top-quality tea. Oxidised up to 20-25%, closer to green tea than to black tea. After picking, the leaves are rolled up to 100 times to create the perfect small balls.
