Hibiscus Infusion

Very refreshing as cold iced tea. Add a lime and some dried red fruits.

This pure hibiscus produces a beautiful, intensely red infusion. The high concentration of fruit acids creates a refreshing infusion that can be enjoyed hot or cold. The tart, fruity flavour is often compared to cranberries.

• 95°C
• Leave to steep for 2-3 min
