Ginger infusion

Ginger tea is a spicy tea for enthusiasts, but is often softened with honey and lemon. Delicious hot AND cold — also in combination with apple juice.

• 3g/250ml
• 100°C
• 8-10 min steeping

This pure ginger of Nigerian origin has a strong, spicy flavour and digestive properties — ideal for, during or after a meal. Feel free to combine with our lemongrass infusion for a milder version.

Tip: Do not exceed the steeping time, otherwise the result will be very spicy.
