Ceremonial Matcha Tea 40g
The reason why matcha tea is used in the Buddhist tea ceremony is that the preparation itself is a calming and soothing process.
How to make Matcha tea yourself:
Step 1: Sift 1 to 2 bamboo spoons of Matcha into a deep round bowl. Gently grind the Matcha so that it dissolves better and froths more beautifully.
Step 2: Add 70-75 ml of water at 75-80°C.
Step 3: Whisk the Matcha in an "M" or "W" motion until you have a fine light green froth.
