Hoji Bancha is a roasted green tea, despite its brown colour! Large leaves from the summer harvest with many minerals and catechin, less caffeine due to the roasting process. Often drunk in the evening after a meal in Japan. Originating from a 100% organic tea garden in Tamba, Hyogo Prefecture.
