Ponzu 150ml

Ponzu is a sauce based on mirin, Japanese spices (bonito flakes, konbu and shiitake) and typical Japanese citrus fruits yuzu and sudachi, mixed with artisanal dark soy sauce. A fresh sour dipping sauce perfect for Shabu-shabu, yakiniku or fish dishes.

Artisanal produced by a family business now in the 7th generation. Bottle of 150ml inspired by the "Conprador" bottle from the 18th-century Edo period.
