Azumatsuru Yuihare Junmai Daiginjo

This junmai daiginjo sake is the flagship of the Azumatsuru brewery from the deep south of Japan. The high polishing grade unlocks the subtle flavour profile of the Aiyama rice variety and forms the basis for an extraordinarily elegant balance between sweet, sour, and umami. The aroma enchants with overtones of winter melon and white peach.
