The preparation process of this green tea from the Japanese province of Kyushu is similar to that of Sencha, but it is picked later. This coarse, light green flat-pressed leaf produces a bright and light tea with a well-balanced, mild flavour and a hay-like aroma. Contains less caffeine than Sencha.
