Jin Jun Mei Tea

Black tea like red wine — perfect with meat and game dishes, dark chocolate or pudding desserts.

This very high-quality black tea comes from the Wuyi Mountains in the Fujian province of China. "Jin Jun Mei" literally means "Golden Eyebrow" — a reference to the shape and colour of the early spring buds. Fully oxidised and lightly roasted for a sweet, fruity, and floral taste with a long-lasting sweet aftertaste. The brew is a clear reddish colour.
