Green Sencha Tea

For the processing of this green tea from the famous region of Uji near Kyoto, only the higher quality buds are used. After picking, the leaves are steamed and dried into a light green, flattened leaf. A clear, light tea with a well-balanced, mild flavour and a grassy aroma.
