Green Longjing Tea

This green tea comes from the Zhejiang province in China. Longjing tea is a classic — also known as the "national tea of China" — and is traditionally consumed by the elite. The leaves are picked during the first two weeks of spring. By roasting in the pan, this tea acquires a stronger aroma and flavour than other green tea varieties.
