Fukamushi Sencha

Excellent for cold brew iced tea — also delightful as a cold infusion in still or sparkling water.

This organic Fukamushi Sencha comes from Kagoshima in Japan and has undergone a longer steaming process than regular Sencha. The leaves of the Asanoka cultivar have the powdery appearance typical of Fukamushi tea. The yellow-green liquor is coating and full, with a fresh steamed green aroma, rich umami, and light sweet undertones.
