Bai Mu Dan White Tea

This delicious white tea comes from the Fujian province in China. The buds and the top two leaves are hand-picked and only in the spring. After picking, the leaves are dried in sunlight for a few days and then lightly oxidised. There are two types of white tea: Silver Needle (only buds) and Bai Mu Dan (bud + first two leaves). The fresh, soft, lightly floral taste lingers in the mouth like a beautiful, sweet memory.
