Hojicha Powder
Hojicha powder is the result of carefully roasting and grinding high-quality Sencha leaves from the Kyoto region. The traditional roasting method gives the powder its characteristic amber colour, nutty caramel flavour, and enchanting roasted aroma.
The finely ground powder (particle size: 10µm) retains flavour, colour, and aroma even after baking, and pairs perfectly with dairy products. Ideal for lattes, tapioca drinks, ice cream, cakes, chocolate, waffles, and pancakes.
