Honmirin

Honmirin artisanally brewed by brewery Kankyo from Aichi. Honmirin is sweet cooking sake and is used in Japanese cuisine as a substitute for sake and sugar. It gives your dishes an oriental touch and your meat a glossy sheen. Ideal to combine with the Seikin Dark or Light Soy Sauce.

Volume: 500ml — Store in a dark place at room temperature. After opening, keep in the fridge.
