Light soy sauce 1L

This soy sauce has a light colour compared to dark soy sauce and is also known in Japanese as "usukuchi shoyu". Because the colour is light, the colour and flavour of the ingredients used are better expressed in lightly coloured dishes. The flavour profile differs little from the dark variant, making both easily interchangeable.
