Light Soy Sauce 150ml

This soy sauce has a light colour compared to dark soy sauce and is also known in Japanese as "usukuchi shoyu". Because the colour is light, the colour and flavour of the ingredients used are better expressed in lightly coloured dishes. The flavour profile differs little from the dark variant, making both easily interchangeable.

Artisanal fermented by a family business now in its 7th generation. 150ml bottle inspired by the traditional "Conprador" bottle from the 18th-century Edo period.
