Hakutaka Ise Jingu Goryoshu

Hakutaka has been the only brewery allowed to supply sake to Ise Jingu, the oldest and most important Shinto shrine in Japan, for over 100 years. Brewed with miyamizu water from the Nada region and the finest Yamada Nishiki rice using traditional kimoto methods — a refined sake with a light fruity taste and a round mouthfeel.
