Nishinoseki - Daiginjo Hijou Koshu

This sake is characterised by its superfine polishing grade (35%) and long, slow maturation (brewed in 2018). Handcrafted in the deep south of Japan — the result of traditional craftsmanship and exceptional Yamada Nishiki rice. The Kayashima brewery has a history of nearly 150 years.
