Kinoene - Junmai 72cl

This Junmai sake from the Chiba prefecture comes from Iinuma Honke, a brewery with a history of over 300 years — now in its 16th generation. Made from Gohyaku-mangoku rice grown by local farmers. Rich body and soft taste, where the original umami of the rice clearly comes through.
