Hokko Masamune – Aki no Yamahai Junmai 80

Hokko Masamune Aki no Yamahai Junmai has a pure rice flavour thanks to the low polishing grade and traditional brewing method. The brewery Kadoguchi Shuzoten is located in the midst of nature surrounded by the mountains of Nagano and uses local rice.
