Hokko Masamune sake is a masterpiece of the brewery Kadoguchi Shuzoten, founded in 1869 in the snowy Japanese Alps near Nagano. Made with 100% local Kinmon Nishiki rice from Kijimadaira Village. Michaël Borremans chose his work "Magnolia" (2016) for the label. Aroma: Peach, green melon, pineapple, strawberry jam. Taste: Clear, medium dry, pairs well with various dishes.
