Shichiken - Hoshi no Kagayaki Sparkling Sake

This sake is named after the starry sky of the Hakushu region. Secondary fermentation in the bottle elevates this daiginjo sake to new heights. The aroma of pink grapefruit, marshmallows, and candy floss dances into the nose. Dry with a hint of sweetness. Gold medal Kura Master 2020.
