Shichiken - Hakushin Junmai Daiginjo

When you decant this sake, you taste the meltwater from the Japanese Alps. A rather sweet and aromatic flavour profile. Limited batches of Yumesansui rice are very carefully polished to an extremely fine remaining percentage of 27%. The label was designed by artist Ena Furuya using the traditional Roketsu-indigo textile dyeing technique.
