Mori no Kura Junmai Daiginjo (Gold)

This junmai daiginjo sake is the flagship of the Morinokura brewery from Fukuoka. By polishing top-quality Yamada Nishiki rice to 50% and opting for a controlled fermentation at low temperatures, the master brewer creates a sublime sake with pronounced aroma, deep flavour and a round mouthfeel. Pure gold created from nothing but rice, koji and water.
