The Hakutaka brewery is located in Nishinomiya, the only area in the Nada region with direct access to miyamizu springs. Miyamizu is particularly rich in minerals and has an iron content that is 10 times lower than average — crucial for quality sake. Miyamizu is widely regarded as the best water for making sake.
