Shichiken - Mori no Kanade Sparkling Sake

This premium sparkling sake, made in the traditional way with second fermentation in the bottle, was aged in barrels of Suntory Hakushu whisky. The sparkling minerality reveals subtle undertones of maple syrup and vanilla. Perfect as an aperitif or with game dishes.
