Nishi no seki - Nigori

Nigori sake is a traditional, cloudy Japanese sake that is refreshing and perfectly balanced. The soft sweetness and fresh acidity provide a pleasant tasting experience. Less intensively filtered than clear sake — rice particles remain and give a characteristic milky white colour and full, creamy flavour. Originating from the Kayashima brewery in Kyushu, active since 1873.
