2 years aged Vintage Haccho Miso

Miso is a fermented bean paste, completely vegan and gluten-free. In Japan used for miso soup — added at the end to maximise the enzymes' effectiveness. Enhances the flavour of a dish and adds umami. The darker the miso, the longer it has been fermented and the more intense the flavour.
