The daiginjo is considered the Grand Cru of any brewery. More than 50% of the rice is polished before brewing. With exquisite finesse, feel the taste of Shinpaku: the white heart of rice. The brewery Nambu Shuzo has been around for three centuries and prides itself on the use of local rice and water. This brewery is known for tradition and innovation and 3 centuries of experience.

Optimally drunk at cellar temperature (14°C).

Some Tips

This sake fits perfectly as an aperitif, with fruits de mer or light dishes.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks, in the basement for 2 years.
